There are three colonial style self contained cottages set amidst the lush native gardens which offers privacy. Each has its own private verandah with outdoor setting to enjoy the mountains by day or the stars at night. The kitchen has gas hotplates, microwave, fridge and all the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils you could need. We even provide all the little extras like cooking oil, salt & pepper and kitchen wrap. A selection of teas and plunger coffee is provided. You can choose to eat either in the cottage or on the verandah. There is a cosy wood fire to enjoy in the cooler months with comfortable seating . All the cottages are now air conditioned for your comfort . We do not have TV but there is a CD/radio/cassette with a selection of discs for enjoyment, together with books and magazines.

 
Kookaburra & Rosella cottages have a separate bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a ceiling fan in both rooms and a heat light in the bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries. Pardalote Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds. There is a shared bathroom in this cottage. Each room has a ceiling fan and there is also an air conditioner in the lounge. All bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. This cottage suits either a family or two couples travelling together.
 
A breakfast pack consisting of juice, cereal, locally smoked bacon, free range eggs, toast etc can be provided for a small additional cost. Alternatives can be supplied if required. Our barbecue facilities are a popular spot for cooking and eating breakfast or dinner in summer while you watch the sunset.

Bilyana is pet friendly but arrangements need to be made in advance and we do have “dog rules” so our other guests are not inconvenienced.
