50% deposit required at time of booking. This can be paid by card through the online booking system or contact us for direct deposits.

The balance of your booking is payable on arrival. EFTPOS incl. credit cards available. Direct deposits need to clear our bank account prior to arrival.

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days in advance are fully refundable.

Bookings cancelled more than 7 days (but less than 14 days) in advance are refunded less a $100 fee.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days from arrival date are not refundable.

Check-in after 2pm. Please advise us if you will arrive after 7pm.

Check-out by 11am unless otherwise arranged.

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the cottages. Ashtrays are provided outside. No butts to be discarded in the gardens or on the ground.

Guests are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog during their visit. Note there is a small extra charge.

Dogs must be on lead at all times, except in the designated off-lead dog area.

Dog ‘poop’ should be cleared from any driveway or walking areas.

Dogs should stay off furniture/beds.

Dogs must not be left unattended.
